This comprehensive guide will help you navigate through our invoice management system efficiently and get you up to speed quickly.

Invoice Management Guide

For Suppliers

  1. Navigate to the "Submit Invoice" section after logging in

Reporting

Understanding Your Reports

ReloHub provides real-time reporting tools to help clients and internal staff monitor invoice statuses, payment aging, and financial summaries. Reports can be exported to Excel and PDF for offline use.

Aging Report

Track outstanding invoices by age buckets (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days). Quickly identify overdue items and prioritize follow-ups.

Invoice Report

A full listing of all submitted invoices and credit memos, including document type, amounts, currencies, and current approval status.

Export Options

Download any report as an Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet for further analysis, or as a PDF for sharing and record-keeping.

How to Generate a Report

  1. Log in and navigate to the Reports section from the main menu.
  2. Select the report type (Invoice Report or Aging Report).
  3. Apply filters such as date range, supplier, client, or invoice status as needed.
  4. Click "Generate" to load the results in the data table.
  5. Use the Export button to download the report as Excel or PDF.

Submitted

Awaiting client review.

Approved

Approved by the client.

Rejected

Returned for correction.

Payment confirmed.
